- You may return most new, unworn items with ORIGINAL TAG ATTACHED within 14 days from the date you PLACED YOUR ORDER for a refund or an online store credit.
- Returns will be issued back to the original method of payment or with an online credit.
- All SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL PURCHASE.
- If the item is NOT POSTMARKED within the 14 days from the date the order was placed the return we will still accept the return for up to 30 days from the date the ORDER WAS PLACED for an ONLINE STORE CREDIT
- Items being returned 31 days and beyond of the original order date will be rejected.
- Returns must be received unwashed, unworn, smoke free and in new condition- With original tags attached. Shoe boxes must be returned in undamaged condition. Please do not cover the SHOE BOXES with tape, place them in a larger box. If your shoebox does not come inside another box, the return will be rejected. The shoes must be returned with all parts from the original box, including stuffing and bags.
- Items returned with deodorant, perfume, makeup or any similar stains will be shipped back to you and you will be responsible for shipping costs.
- NON - RETURNABLE ITEMS: Any item WITHOUT: Original Tags, Leggings, Socks/hosiery, Accessories, Jewelry, Glasses, Scarves, Bra’s, Tanks, Camisoles
- SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE & NOT RETURNABLE
- REFUNDS and ONLINE MERCHANDISE STORE CREDITS will be issued once the item is received and verified to follow the policy above. We do NOT do exchanges. If you need a different color or size, please follow the steps above to authorize your return and reorder your item at your leisure, or wait until your return has been processed and you may order using your online merchandise store credit.
- Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after we receive your return. We will send an email confirmation when your return has been received and refund or store credit has been issued.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:
*ATTENTION: If item is returned without tags, a non-returnable item as stated above, or not as described by customer, then we will ship it back at the customer's expense.
1) Print the form out here: WEAR US OUT RETURN FORM
2) Fill it out and follow the directions on the form.
3) Include the items and the form and ship them to the address on the form. Email email@example.com to request a printable pre-paid shipping label.
***Free shipping on returns if postmarked within 5 days from the date your package was delivered. If it is beyond the 5 days you are responsible for return shipping. It will be deducted from your refund or online store credit.
**ALL returns MUST be returned following the steps above… YOU MAY NOT RETURN your item to the store the inventory and accounting all come from a different system and they are unable to process your return. You are welcome to follow the steps above and drop it at the store for the warehouse manager to pick up and process your return.

We recommend shipping insurance and be sure to keep your receipt until your return has been processed. We are not responsible for damaged or lost packages.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If your package is refused or undeliverable If you chose not to have your item redelivered we can refund you the cost of the items but the original shipping cost AND the undeliverable charges from the carrier will be deducted from the refund along with a 20% restocking fee.
How can I make changes or cancel my order?
If you need to make changed to your order call us as immediately at 936-494-4500. Once we have processed your order we will be unable to make changes to your order. Our hours are Monday 10:30-2pm and Tuesday- Saturday 10:30am-6pm
